Zebrawood and Wenge Craftsman Native American Style Flute
Zebrawood and Wenge craftsman flute
Zebrawood and Wenge are two African hardwoods. Zebrawood is a medium dense open grained hardwood known for its striking grain pattern of dark chocolate stripes over a warm tan background. Wenge is dark chocolate to black in color with an open grain. A Native American style Craftsman flute made from Zebrawood and Wenge has a striking appearance and a bright, resonant tonal quality that is not quite as warm as cherry or curly maple. The finish has a smooth, somewhat porous quality.
