Craftsman cherry and bubinga flute

American cherry is a medium density North American hardwood with a fine, straight, even grain. It has a light tan color that darkens with age to a reddish brown. Bubinga is dense African hardwood know for its dramatic figure and rich color. It is a deep, reddish brown with streaks of dark chocolate to black. A cherry wood flute has a warm, mellow, rounded tonal quality.  A cherry and bubinga flute has a smooth , satiny finish.
